CASTLECLIFFE CONSULTING
ST ANDREWS
Consultants
Castlecliffe operates with 6-8 teams per semester, each comprising up to 6 consultants depending on project scope. Teams work throughout the 10-week semester to produce and present deliverables to their clients.
Each team is led by a designated team lead who manages project coordination and client communication. While no specific prior experience is required to join Castlecliffe, we expect all members to demonstrate a willingness to learn and maintain professional conduct.
To ensure quality client interaction and meaningful project involvement, we limit our consultant pool to about 50 per semester. This approach maintains a low consultant-to-client ratio, allowing each consultant to contribute significantly to approximately one project deliverable.

History
Castlecliffe Consulting is a student run pro-bono consulting group. It was founded in 2016 by Joanna Kalemba during her undergraduate studies.
What began as an initiative under the Economic Policy and Research Group (EPRG) grew from a dozen members in its first year to over 30 by 2018.

Originally stemming from the Economics Society, Castlecliffe later established itself as an independent entity affiliated with the university's Consulting Society, whose objectives more closely aligned with its mission.
Now in its 8th year of operation, Castlecliffe continues to provide valuable consulting experience to students and high quality deliverables to clients.
